there are brick-parts for every color, you can make such mixed colored bricks with these parts by adding them into a new layer (that is how i made it with gimp in the preview)
i use the gimp make seamless filter, but i have some tricks:
when i make patterns like 152 or 158, i use perspective tool before
in some cases you have darker or lighter edges, then i use the dodge/burn - tool
when making a texture seamless i often use clone (from the original image) or i copy and paste something from the original image to avoid too much repetitions.
i sometimes copy the texture and paste it with an offset to see the seams (when make seamless gives a bad result)
for example in the case of 154 i copied parts over the seams
i noticed an issue with the first brick-texture
here i have a screenshot in blender

i am almost ready now
i want to make different colered parts out of castle_tileset_part1
and castle_tileset_part2 has 2 things with only a shape at the moment. for this one i planned different colors too ( for example gold like material)
probably i want to improve the flag (and different colors too)
i added some more parts
the flag isn't the best, probably i will remove it, when you think that is not good or something else.
i try to improve the flag a bit.
keep on this good work, i love these free cc0 textures.
they are soooo useful.
i use incscape (v 0.48)
what do you mean with " If you use this tileset, you MUST use this sprite and hide him very well!"
why use and hide?? i don't understand this.
i noticed a small glich on this: the pink colored thing has exactly the same color like the background (both ff0cef)
what about torches or statues
