@Xom Adept: Well, the Fall Art Challenge needs a theme and 'make some art of one of these game ideas' seems like as good a theme as any. It's actually a pretty cool idea really.
The only major downside I see is it will require folks to dig through a pretty lengthy thread to read what all the ideas are. Maybe we could put a cut off on it, like 'art for one of the game ideas suggested in this thread as of 9/30/2019'. Then I could just put a quick summary of each idea in the Art Challenge post so folks wouldn't have to read the entire thread to know what the game ideas for the challenge are.
For a proper title, how's 'Art for Another' or 'Brought to Life'?
'Brought to Life' is great because it can double as a broader theme which would fit other more traditional Fall themes (eg. Halloween, eg. Frankenstien monster)....

Hi all!
Sorry I went dark there for a bit. I intentionally secluded myself so I could focus on finishing all the changes I wanted to make to Miracle Math Land to get it to where I was hoping to have it for the Jam. Of course, in my mind that was only going to take just few days and now it's been several weeks, but at least I'm done and now have time for other things.
Specifically, some more OGA Jams!
I'd like to do a Fall Art Challenge and, if there is interest, a Fall Game Jam.
Given, we are half way through Sept. already, does an Oct Art Challenge and a November Game Jam work for folks?
@Basto: I love the fall splash screen!!
ps:

FiveAsOne had posted a lot of great stuff, a good bit of it did look pretty original too. Skull scorpion comes to mind as a personal favorite. Personally, I'm willing to give it the benefit of the doubt and say the derivative works were just a result copying a little too closely when learning from the masters and/or not knowing about or understanding OGA's 'no copyrighted materials' policy. There are so many fan art sites and stuff that take a much softer line on this that it's easy to see how someone could find OGA and post materials without realizing they were violating OGA policy.
But as you say, one way or the other, they are definitely not suitable for OGA and have to go. Just a bummer is all.
ps
it is good to see you around again even if it's just to flag a licensing issue! :)
What a game! And all the cooler knowing you got the idea by looking at Ivan Voirol's 'Slates' set. It really is a great example of the magical creativity that can happen when people share their work. I mean, I am 100% sure Ivan Voirol was not thinking about a little furry dog paddling that water wheel around when he drew it. :)
Great job to everyone else too! Lots of high quality submissions this year. Seems like we are all getting better and really raising the bar on ourselves with each successive Jam. :)
Just finished playing though all the games, going to give them all a second pass before finalizing my ratings, but I just want to say I'm loving those logos! I think almost every entry used one and they looked so good! I think we can call it a great success! :)
ugh, sorry the attribution notice is so hard to read, OGA just hates my new lines for some reason. :(

Those that enjoyed the Jam Build should find the update even more satisfying! :)
Confirming this is fixed for me also. Windows 10, Firefox 64 bit v69.0
Thanks for fixing this, had to live life on the Edge for a while there. ;)
what a shame!

phew, got the bug fix in. Hopefully not too many have judged the game based on broken build.
Can't wait to see what others have come up with!
Oh dear, nasty bug makes Adventure mode in Miracle Math unplayable.
simple data file fix, just hope I can sneak in time to post a build before the door closes.
my fault for releasing without proper play testing :(
