Sorry, that ought to be in the FAQ.  I'll make sure to add it.

Believe it or not, if it's got multiple licenses, you just pick the license you like best.  The idea of putting multiple licenses on something is giving people more options about how to use it (as opposed to restricting it in more ways).

I hope that makes sense. :)

Your code is yours.  While it's nice to see things open sourced, don't feel pressured to do so.  You're welcome here either way.  :)

(That said, if you are up for sharing your code, the FOSS world lacks a strong 3d engine with a good integrated toolset -- you might attract some developers if you opened it up.)
