Meh. I figured it was crap... -_-

Thanks though!

Wish I had that kind of talent! Perhaps if Surt created animated versions of his original flamelings I could turn them into 'pixel art' style sprites like these... :)

I dunno, as great as 32x32 is, I find the low-resolution 16-bit era style graphics (16x16) endearing. One of my primary projects uses scaled up 16x16 tiles in an effort to take advantage of the retro look.

Not everybody likes to use GIMP. I, for instance, hate it. Paint.NET is a good alternative that can read XCF files.

Duion, you make your statement as if every other asset uploaded to OGA is useable as artwork in a game. That simply isn't the case.

As far as no textures loading in Blender, that's because Blender has some quirks to it, especially when loading 3DS files. At least, that's the experience I've had.

Finally, I see these as useful in the case of wanting to use the models to create static renders for say, a point-and-click game... either a standard adventure game a la King's Quest or something more like 7th guest. Someone more creative than I could could easily come up with another use, but those are just what come to mind without giving much thought to it.

Are they useful? Yes, absolutey they are, and far more so than many other submissions here.

jtoeppen, I'd love to see more buildings and structures like these, especially of things like ruined buildings, and heck, even natural structures like perhaps caves... :)

I've been looking for a set exactly like this for a long time. Thank you for providing it!

Totally digging this. I have a designer who wants me to build him a SimCity like game... this sounds like it'll be a great fit! :)

Could you upload in a non-patented format, like OGG? I'd like to use this for a project (has the right feel and quality) but I can't use MP3 (note: conversion from one lossy format to another destroys the quality).

Thanks!
