Anything on OpenGameArt.org should be usable for commercial and non-commercial use as long as you give attribution. In your credits file you need to list the author and follow any other attribution instructions the asset lists. Aside from that, everything is free to use and we all like to see our stuff in real games if it does get used.
What platform (iOS, Android, Computer) can we see your game once it's done? Do you have a demo or screen shots of something currently in development?
The left channel sounds almost like a mandolin! Kind of reminds me of the tone poems series (1, 2, and 3). If you get a chance you might find it fun to listen to them.
It sounds great. I have to admit, when I first started listening I expected the same electronic stuff you normally get but it really gave me a surprise when the real instrument sounds came in. It's a nice piece.
I'd be interested in that looping piece as either an outside, world map type tying, or dungeon music.
I see you have a lot of other music on OGA. You might expect to see more comments from me now that I've discovered another great artist here.
Music sounds great. Thanks for the contribution. My only criticism would be to make a segment that goes immediately after this with a bridge and extend the whole thing to 32 bars.
You can add the other files directly to this post if you want to keep them together. Just use the edit tab in the top left of this page and add more files.
EDIT
I think my browser was messing up when I tried to listen to this the first go around. I listend again and it sounds like it's more than 32 bars? My criticism changes to pick up from where you faded out and make a loop with something that sounds like the last 10 bars.
I have LPC stuff made from time to time. If you watch my profile you'll see new LPC content every few weeks. I'm in the process of making a game in Flash that uses LPC artwork.
I've seen some of the preview stuff you've put up about ATOS and it looks really good. I'm interested to test it once you're ready for testers.
There's a thread here if you think of something you want or need for your LPC game:
You can also leave a comment on the thread if you want updates. When I post new LPC content I leave a comment on that thread so everyone who commented gets an email notice.
When you get done with the spider I'll post it up here on OGA and you can start on the golem animation. I'm thinking 64x64 like your sample shows would look really good. Think I'll need standing, attacking, some kind of casting-like animation, and dying (only 1 direction is okay). Sound good?

No responses yet. Still looking for a tile artist that can do LPC style. If interested I pay good money.
That is some handsome cross picking my friend. Your melody sings to my heart. Bravo!

This reminds me a lot of an italian piece performed by beppe gambetta with carlo canzone. If I find it I'll post the title. Good piece.

And the spiders are done! Check out the awesome handy work Redshrike made here:

I'm having Redshrike start on the golem next. Now is a good time to chime in if you want to see something after the golem.
