On the one hand, this would probably be very convenient for projects. On the other hand, it seems like it would add a fair amount of logistical work for the artist beyond the standard formatting, which is something of a pain--just doing simply image masks is a pain and adds a fair amount of time onto a piece.
I do have to agree with clrg. While this is clearly an awesome model, I do wonder what sort of project would be able to make use of it. But, then again, I really have little to no experience in 3-D game developement, so yeah.
This is true! But in American colloquial English, an opossum is often referred to as a " 'possum "(c.f. The 'Coon, the 'Possum and the Old Black Crow from the Hollow Tree stories.) "Awesome Possum" is also American colloquial english for "awesome."
Though, looking back, "Awesome Possum" may be trademarked due to an (awful) game made under the same name, so perhaps referring to him as the "Awesome Opossum" would be salutory.
I dunno, it's pretty darned close. I might do the tweaks necessary for full stylistic meshing at some point (mostly I want to play with it =D). I was kinda planning to do a series of machines anyway (somewhere after my vaguely in progress dragon supplement).
@pagesofadventure: OK, I've updated it with a side view of the book shelf (though I warn you, it's not terribly exciting). Also a quick fix to the counters which I forgot needed to be done. Good luck with your project, I'll be checking it out every now and then.
I think having a small section wouldn't be a problem, especially if it were something akin to what Pixelation has. Though it would probably be wise to assess how it's developed after a few months. Something tells me that OGA is unlikely to become a haven for corporate headhunters, but it's hard to tell.
Why do half of the FOSS type games I've heard of seem to be RTSes? It's a little frustrating for me, not being a big fan of the genre...

I dunno, would that be in good taste? It feels a little off, somehow.

It's...
It's so beautiful...
I'm not really sure my first thought would be steampunk, but that's pretty much just a coloring thing. But I don't care, because I lurve it.

Thanks! I'm glad to see this being used! =D
