Right. "On the Fiverr platform, buyers are granted all rights for the delivered work, unless otherwise specified by the seller on their Gig page."
Looks all good there! :) you have the license to share all of these, so that's fantastic. Now I just need to check to make sure the artists were sticking to their end of the TOS by not borrowing from RPGMaker assets.
Do you have a link or more information about the transaction? Commercially purchased art rarely comes with a license that allows redistribution. I have to verify the "provenance" of this art, as it were. Much of it seems to be designed for RPGMaker XP. That by itself is fine, but a lot of people take RPGMaker assets, modify them, then sell them as their own when they don't have the legal authority to do so. I just want to make sure the artist that made these for you on Fiverr used 100% their own assets.
Until then, I have to mark this has having a licensing issue. This should only be temporary. It isn't punishment, we just have to make extra sure sometimes.
This is really great stuff! Thanks for your generosity! Please let me know those details ASAP! :)
Interesting gameplay mechanic. The slider controlling my character's jump and move power seems counter-intuitive though. I had no luck adapting to it. I think it may make for better gameplay if the character's speed/jump power remained constant, but the obstacles varied in height and width according to a sine function instead. As in, have the pits get wider or narrower instead of the jump power getting stronger or weaker, have the logs move up and down according to a sine function. The concept remains the same, but this would allow players to visualize the timing and challenge more intuitively I think.
hmm... that shouldn't happen. I'll see what's going on there. Thanks for brining that to my attention. In the meantime, try a tag search for "power, up, powerup, power up, power-up"
I don't know what style your other effects are in, so it's difficult to know what to look for, but here are a few more potential sound effects that could be used or modified quickly in audacity to form such a sound effect:
Eh, that one wasn't ever a requirement, just a suggestion for more effective tagging since most existing tags are already singular. My main intent for this change is to be helpful, not law enforcement. I think there were some other things that capbros was suggesting, but now I can't remember where the thread was.
Ok, groovy. Those are in-the-clear. All that's left is the character sprite sheets. :)
Which assets were from https://www.fiverr.com/pintsizeartist ? Having trouble contacting that artist.

wow!
where did you purchase it from?
Nothing playable, but at least my code runs! I'm excited. Thanks for all the encouragement, and your projects are looking good!

Nice work!

What about one of the effects from https://opengameart.org/content/electric-sound-effects-library (or a modification of one)?
