Yes, then you implied to others that credit is optional.

It looks like you also added the cc-by license, which is also incorrect. It should be cc-by-sa and gpl, not cc-by and gpl

This part is still incorrect:

Good start, but Skorpio's work is not public domain. "No copyright" is incorrect. The license must match skorpio's license, and his license does not have optional credit. Attribution needs to include a link to the original work as well. See https://opengameart.org/content/faq#q-how-to-credit for guidelines on proper attribution.

Creating assets that are modified from other assets are known as derivatives. Derivatives are subject to the copyright of the original author. If the original author did not give permission for others to make derivatives, it is a copyright violation. If they did give permission, you are required to give them proper attribution and adhere to the terms of their license. Let me know if you have any questions about this.

Did you use any parts of other space kits to create this?

Oh, that. I don't quite know what causes it, but it seems to be different people making edits to two different submissions at the same time causes one to get stuck in a "someone else is editing this" status, which is definitely wrong, but still prevents you from saving the changes. It is easy for me to fix, so if you ever see that again, hit me up on Discord or in PM and I'll fix it ASAP. Everything looks the way you want it to now, right?

@1F616EMO: there is sufficient evidence that TOTRAF is Tom Peter. I can't really get into how I know that without violating this author's privacy, but rest assured if I thought there was a chance this submission presented a licensing issue, it wouldn't be downloadable.

This looks great! thanks for sharing. However, the "don't resell" restriction makes it so no one can use this in a game, even if the game is free. I get that you mean don't resell it by itself, but it still creates a legal entanglement for everyone else as well. Even if someone were to sell it, they would be required to link to this page where it's free, so I'm not sure how they would effectively make any money on it anyway. Would you be willing to forego that restriction. Untill then I have to lock all downloads for it. I can provide more information if you would like. Let me know if you have questions.

EDIT: Fixed, thanks! :)

Hey! glad you're back.

Hey! glad you're back.

This character looks like it has some potential. It may be pretty difficult for others to use as is, though. Any chance of a "fleshed out" version, or layer separation?
