Please use an audio file for the first preview file. People can't hear the album art image on the main page or gallery views. However, it's fine to include the image as the second preview file.
You may want to use preview images that are a bit smaller. They're just previews after all, so they don't need to be quite so high-def. As it is, these take a long time to load (or the browser gives up and doesn't show them at all).
I would recommend maybe half the resolution, and use .jpg format (again, just for the previews, not the actual textures or files inside the .zip)
I believe the sound of that "instrument" is just the game's "steel keg" Foley sound effect. They pitch-shifted it for musical effect. Try looking for a sound effect of a metal keg being struck.
If you are using your own audio samples, the license of the output should be the same as the input (samples). However, it doesn't look like this takes samples as input. The software itself appears to be LGPL 2.0, so it's possible the output would need to be licensed LGPL as well. I would say "contact the developers" but there is no contact information about this. If you're concerned about licensing, it may be best to stay away from this until you're able to get clarification from the devs.

@arkantos: you already have permission to use everything on this site in your game project. See https://opengameart.org/content/faq#q-how-to-credit
The license you should indicate an asset is in your credits file/screen is shown on the left panel. In this case, CC0 as indicated by this icon:
Looks good!

@kaan: We actually do need to know the origin of the tileset so we can verify the license.
Looks good. What tileset did you use to make this?
Cool, but shouldn't this be on the same submission as the monster center, then? Why separate?
Looks like an animated version of https://opengameart.org/content/turdle
In which case, that one is redundant, correct?
@qouify: credit instructions are indicated above under "Copyright/Attribution Notice"
