Do you know why it was abandoned? If they had the forethought to announce they intended to transfer assets to OGA before everyone stopped working on it, that implies it was abandoned for reasons other than "eh, we just don't feel like working on it anymore". How "clone" was this fallout/wasteland clone?
What I mean is, if they cloned it based on copyrighted DNA from the actual fallout/wasteland games (the assets were not necessarily made entirely from scratch, but based off of original fallout/wasteland assests) then they may have wanted to transfer all their assets to OGA, but were not legally allowed to do so.
Has princess-phoenix already reported those submissions on itch? "not the first time this has happened" but repeated reporting on one user is what makes a difference. I hope these artists are not becoming too fatigued to fight this arse.
P.S. I have reported the one with clear licensing (I don't know what license terms princess-phoenix has on her art) to itch as well as sent a letter to itch support regarding the kingpx account in general. We'll see... Everyone, please continue to look for stolen assets and report on the stuff that has clear licence violations (missing attribution)
Let's find all the submissions they're taken from and link them. If anyone finds an OGA submission that a kingpx was taken from, post the urls below (both a link to the kingpx.itch page and a link to the OGA page it was taken from.)
That will help us contact the original author, show itch the proof, and we can post the link to the free asset as a comment on each of those itch pages, so "customers" know what's going on.
Didn't WithTheLove have a palette analysis game for one of the previous Jams?
...Yeah, here it is: https://withthelove.itch.io/pixelpalettetool
Not sure that's quite what you're looking for, but it might work.
Featured in itch's Jam Digest, nice!
Oh Awesome! Good find, buttons.

Oh, it's human skin in my orcish camp!
His whole page is down for me. Am I just banned or is it removed?
the zoomed in one is a great first preview; makes for a better thumbnail on the main gallery. :)
P.S. I LOVE the raw leather look of these tents. Is it human skin? Walk into camp and find out!
