Ooh, cool!

Did you use Blame! artwork to get the proportion, perspective, or shape of these sprites? Or are these simply inspired by the manga? I'm assuming the latter.

I only ask because Blame! is a trademarked property, so labelling these in a way that implies they may be offiical Blame! content could be troublesome. It is ok to indicate in the description that they are inspired by the manga, but they should not be titled "Blame!"

  1. The preview doesn't match the asset available for download, which appears to be just the texture used, and not the sprite grid itself. Would you be willing to include the sprite sheet in the "File(s)" section as well?
  2. MIT is not a license accepted on OGA. Although MIT is a good license, it is primarily for code, not assets. (Furthermore, if MIT were one of the available licenses on OGA, this submission would be out of compliance; including the license text is a requirement of MIT.) Would you be willing to rremove "MIT" from the copyright notice section?

  1. You have submitted a good audio preview, but there is nothing for people to actually download. The album art is not visible and not useful as a music asset. Please move the album art into the preview section (as long as it is not the first preview in the list), and add the music to the files section.
  2. Since these tracks appear to be part of an album, or at least the same genre by the same band, these should all be submitted together on one page with multiple files to download, not shared individually across 8 separate pages. Please consolidate the separate submissions into one.
  3. Because the album art is in the File(s) section, and it contains AI generated content, this submission is subject to the site's AI content rules. Please see https://opengameart.org/content/art-submission-guidelines#ai

Love these songs! 🤘 Thank you all for sharing them with us.

Nope. Not obvious. You didn't say anywhere that you created the asset, you say pogames did. Your user name isn't pogames, and there is nothing in your bio connecting you to pogames.

If I said "Frank Durden created my logo" would you think "well obviously she's Frank Durden"?

That being said, I still need this clarified: You are pogames? You made all the games and assets on the site pogames.in?

Thank you for attributing Tridentkeep, but didn't Tridentkeep derive the Frostbite Medieval collection from others? HitCtrl, Yubatake, RandomMind, BFF, and... well, and you (which is pretty great: derivative of another's songs which are a derivative of your songs. Lovely!) A few of those are CC0 so attribution for derivatives of those tracks are not strictly required, but other tracks are CC-BY or OGA-BY. Which of Tridentkeep's tracks was this derived from?

Apologies: The extra restriction you've specified, "You cannot resell or redistribute this asset." conflicts with the license, CC-BY 3.0:

"No additional restrictions -- You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits."

There are practical reasons for disallowing this; it can make the asset legally unusable, even if that isn't your intent. Please let me know if you have questions about this. Until then, I must flag this submission so others cannot use it in a way you may not approve of.
