Looks too flat, and tries to cramp too many details into the relative low resolution. Also loose the messy background, it just distracts. Good start though.

Overall I would say there is also a bit of "confusion" in regards to what style it is supposed to be. For pixel like art it is too paintery, for paintery it is too detailed, and for realistic style it is to "messy/paintery" and also too flat (I would probably paint over a quick 3D sketch to achive more depth, and also rotate it differently).

Uhhm, sorry but that is already pretty much perfect ;)

You need to think about how to make it scale-able though, e.g. for window resizing and also for different screen resolutions.

Edit: you seem to be license confused, either CC-by-SA or CC0 makes sense, not both ;)

Oh and did you draw that character also, or where is that from? The Font you used might be unfree too.

Ahh difficult to explain... lots of small things. The hip area is definitly the strangest. For example the area between the legs (at the top) needs to have more space.

Anatomy (yes stylizing is no excuse for bad anatomy :p ) and joint deformation skinning needs work, but other than that it looks quite nice already.
