It's quite difficult to read your code when it's just posted inside the forum. It would be much easier to read if you'd post it on some kind of pastebin with syntax highlighting, such as pastebin.com.
EDIT:
Plus, you might want to consider asking your questions on #programming or #vb on freenode.
It seems that the furniture is CC-BY-SA. And it seems like there is some nice military stuff under creative commons licenses available there.
But what I'm especially interested in is the webgl preview of the models. It looks nice, and if it was free software, we could use it on OGA, too. Not sure about the license of the preview, though.
EDIT: Seems like the webgl preview is using different open source software such as o3d and OSGJS.

Err - you can't release artwork based on something originally licensed under CC-BY under CC0, and I don't think you can release it under GPL either...
The OGA forum post of hale can be found here. It is hosted on sourceforge (hale.sf.net).
@Jorge:
Yes, you can include stuff licensed under cc-by into works licensed under cc-by-sa. Source.

Okay, then I'll upload it ;-)
Nice! Go ahead and upload it!
Nice work ;-)
But it would be cool if you could upload the .blend files aswell...
