Perhaps, but spammer URLs everywhere else are easy to catch. Spammer URLs in the profile are less apparent. Spammers also tend not to contribute asssets, so any asset pages with spammy URLs on them get flagged pretty quickly. I can't speak to why altering your notification settings would reset your approval status; I'll let p0ss answer that one if he feels like it.
I suspect it is a simple mechanism that is not granular enough to detect specific aspects of profile changes. In which case, the only way to detect a spammer trying to change from a legit URL to a spammy URL once their account is approved is to default-unapprove the account whenever any profile change occurs. Definitely could use improvement, but at the moment it's a limitation of the framework, so it requires more than just a setting change to fix it, unfortunately.
Also, Account re-re-approved. :)
P.S. Don't wait days. message me right away or post like you did above immediately if you need account re-approval. Until this part is improved, there is no way for me to know your account has been unapproved. You'll just wait forever if you don't let me know. It won't bother me. :)
Currently this listing shows licenses CC BY 3.0 and CC0. This tells people they may choose either one for all assets in the set. I think these asssets need to be separated by licence and submitted separately. Otherwise this implies people may use all the assets in this zip file under CC0. (or CC BY, which is still not really true unless you relicense all the CC0 assets as CC BY 3.0.)
That's fine. The guideline is easy to miss. It can be found here under
Copyright and Trademarks
OGA cannot accept content that the owner has not explicitly released under one of the available licenses.
The "available licenses" being CC-BY 3.0, CC-BY-SA 3.0, GPL 3.0, GPL 2.0, OGA-BY 3.0, or CC0. Keep in mind there are also other licenses that allow you to relicense the conent under one of these licenses. WTFGPL can be relicensed as CC0, for example.
OGA doesn't currently support CC BY 4.0 specifically, but it is very similar to version 3.0 so I am confident version 4.0 will be added in the future. In the meantime, you can use CC BY 3.0 and check the "Allow later license versions" which will allow it to be licensed as CC BY 4.0 when it becomes available on OGA.
CC BY 3.0 may even allow for relicensing to CC BY 4.0 already, but i'll have to double check on that. Not sure if those should be removed or not. It would only be a problem if the original artist objected to the terms in the CC BY 3.0, but best to verify.

I think enemies (in more advanced levels) would be great, but I think they should be somewhat simple-acting enemies. Like a turrent that fires on anything in their line of sight, but the turret never moves around or turns to face a different direction. Having free-roaming enemies that can move around and slaughter you or your clones would be extremely difficult to manage; The player would be frantically trying to simultaneously flee and fight the enemy without screwing up their carefully-positioned arrangement of clones.
...Unless the game is turn-based or the enemies only move when you do (think Super-Hot) That could work.

Cool. Thanks for submitting these.
Groovy. Thanks for your willingness to resolve this so quickly.
Nice assets!

OGA cannot host CC BY-NC assets. Would you be willing to relicense those as the same license as the other assets in the set?
Derivative works should be posted just like you did.
you're all good.
