I think the main thing you could improve on is that the track simply seems very short. The sound isn't really that "full" either, but I figure that wasn't the intention, so it's kind of a redundant concern.

Btw, MOBA's aren't my thing at all, but I might be able to help with sounds and music regardless. If you want small music files, I'd say integrating FMOD or winamp into your game and play the music as .mod files or .it or something, would be the best. But I have no idea if the engine you're working with allows such things.
