Given a user's submission in that user's own gallery, it is reasonable for any party to assume that tags unless otherwise specified are specified by the submitting user.
If a third-party adds a "CC0" tag to my GPL work then wouldn't other parties have reasonable cause to think the work is also released as CC0?
If a third-party adds a "Jesus-frendly art" tag to my work then wouldn't other parties have reasonable cause to think that I care if art is "Jesus-frendly" and are perhaps "Jesus-frendly" myself?
For those who already have a recurring payment with Paypal, etc., would you rather we transfered it to this Patreon thing?

It weakens the ownership of the submitter.
Admins already can modify tags.
I like the idea of user tagging but reckon they should be:
Add GPLs as licensing options and provide source files for some works should do the trick.

How about taking the ages off the active forum topics in the sidebar, as they appear to be cached and so are always wrong.

I tried adding some streaks of lighter aerated water to the water fall.
Also felt the door was very small so made it take better advantage of the tile space.
Tried stretching the contrast down so you have full black, but I don't think it helps any.
