@theweirdn8: unless you give any details you will not be able to pull it off with that budget. Some might ask how it is possible with the details. Simple, if I like it and I am allowed to post it to OGA, I might accept it. Note that I am relatively new to blender and I have been working only on objects (ie. no chars or monsters).
Please submit details as well. Like what is your project, what is your modelling needs (high/low poly, unwrapped/textured/rigged/animated), what model is needed etc..
Sadly there is no way to cover those textures with CC licenses. CC licenses allow 3rd party distribution while their license is specially crafted to stop the distribution by others. However, you may post your model untextured and give link to the texture. This way, your model remains CC licensed while anyone needs to use it can just download and use it. However, this will not be possible for CC-By-SA since SA requires him to redistribute textured derivative using the same license, which he cannot.
PS: It doesnt matter what the license you are converting to says, if the current license does not allow, then its not allowed.
Superb, I really wish you were doing these during LPC. However, there is an issue with the license I guess. Wulax's work is CC-By-SA and you should keep the same license.
I think semi-relistic soft colors would fit nicely. As for the size, the ones that you have posted looks natural. To be honest, adding a hidden object game would add to your site too. Its helpful for the kids to develop better perception.
I have checked your site, its amazing. The amount of content is head spinning. But it could have been improved for little kids. The tools look like professional graphic editors. Handles are too small for smaller kids also they may have trouble understanding what is transformation center. May be there should be another mode for smaller audiance.
Good to have you here, I always like to see more games for kids.
They look amazing. These can be crafted into a nice hidden object game, or may be even a medivial tycoon game. Will you post vector versions? If so, I don't think any coloring is necessary.
I noticed the effort but never noticed it had been this many. For the name: pixnemies?
