Just have to say, this project is awesome and needs some attention - it's a perfect fit for what several people have been demanding/asking/begging for from OGA:
- High-quality
- Cohesive
- Openly-licensed
- A great occasion for a 90's hiphop reference (who's down with OPP?)

Was it the Adonthell set, or the VegaStrike set maybe? Only ones I could find with ~30 portraits. Otherwise, there are the PARPG portraits, though those aren't a single download. Hope this helps!
Any of the licenses found on OGA allow for edits/remixes. There are specific CC licenses which prohibit editing or remixing (the 'No Derivatives' clause), but those licenses aren't allowed here as they would make assets pretty much useless for games and other projects.
I've made a few updates - finished the last few frames of the ninja outfit, and recolored it in red and gray versions; also added a new hairstyle with light and dark versions.
