I have a question about using some of the art on this site

New here and I'm not sure if this is the right or best place to ask and I couldn't find the answer with a search. When it comes to the art available here under what license if any can we chage or edit the art that has been uploaded?
Any of the licenses found on OGA allow for edits/remixes. There are specific CC licenses which prohibit editing or remixing (the 'No Derivatives' clause), but those licenses aren't allowed here as they would make assets pretty much useless for games and other projects.
