Alright, I forget if seals have tails or not (yes I'm serious, but from reference images I used, I think they don't), but here's a work in progress for a baby seal (assuming you want the same general progression of cow evolution).
Feel free to comment on anything about the drawing or style you want changed. I took a little bit of freedom like in the eye shines and the hind legs being darker.
Why not? I could try my hand at some of the graphics if you like. Do you want me to try and imitate the style in Cow Evolution or do something different but still cartoony?
Maybe I need to switch the graphic style of Kyle the Caiman back to the beta version then... So, out of curiosity, what did you need the candle for, or was it just a random request, because if it's just a random request, I might consider expanding upon it by drawing a full tileset in my spare time.
Alright, added a slight glow to the flame, and some shading in the style of the old Kyle the Caiman (before I switched it out for the modern one). I only rendered out the 128x128 one this time though. Mind telling me which you like better?
Well, there's not a lot of details given, so I decided to draw it like it's for a 2D platformer, in the style of Kyle the Caiman, in both 64x64 (the tile size of Kyle the Caiman) and in 128x128 (the tile graphic size of Kyle the Caiman).
Feel free to request any changes (such as different artstyle, shading (which KTC's artstyle intentionally lacks), etc.).
Really nice graphics! Almost inspires me to do something in the same style to add to it, or to make a space shooter. My favorite thing about the style is hard for me to pick out, but I'd probably say the shine on the graphics. Something about it looks really nice to me. It's a nice yet subtle touch that makes your graphics look so much more polished!
v2 looks much better! I was going to say you're free to use the art you drew for me in your preview, but you did anyway, so yeah. Feel free to do NegaChomp as well if you want the extra practice, or if you want extra practice and don't feel like drawing him, I could always pull up some artwork for another character of mine to use as reference.
Legs and arms are a bit too long IMHO, but not enough for the character to be unrecognizable. The hammer's a little dull as well, but so far it reminds me out of something from an Atari game, but without the 8 pixel width restriction. I guess I'll see what the shading looks like anyways, even though KTC's art style uses none.
Weird, this tileset reminds me a lot of Super Mario RPG, yet your other isometric tileset looks nothing like that game. Looks good though, it's too bad I never cared for isometric games.

Okay, if it helps, he's supposed to have a scorpion-like tail, but without being super armoured by an exoskeleton.
