CC-BY and CC0 can be applied to a submission just fine. There is very little reason to do so (like enabling search to find both licenses), but there is no conflict in it. The downloader can just choose the one they want to use.
^this. Tags describing the environment you imagine it used in also: tavern, bar, adventure, ale, quest. Also, any technical tags, like if it uses a common bitrate, or .mp3, .ogg, and even the instruments used. :)
It looks like lordshadrach was violating the looseleaf license when the character sprites were sold to you. He may not be fully aware of that fact, never-the-less those assets cannot be hosted on OGA, I'm afraid.
@chadmandoo: you did your due diligence; The mistake is not yours. Please continue being generous and helpful. How you take this up with Fiverr and lordshadrach is up to you. Let me know if you learn of any new information about this or if you have any questions.
I'd love it if the non-looseleaf assets in this submission remained. Would you be willing to remove the character sprite sheet portions and leave the others?
I'm going to confer with Sharm a bit and double-check some things, but it doesn't look like the character sprite sheets can be hosted here. I believe the other assets are fine, though. I'll post an update soon.
Since this is in the "music" category, the tag "music" is reduntant and might even hinder people finding your stuff. See https://opengameart.org/content/art-tags for more information.
Since this is already in the "2D Art" category, the tag "2D" is redundant and may actually hinder people looking for your art. See https://opengameart.org/content/art-tags for more information.
Ah, I see. Yes, that's true. Fortunately, there is no need for anyone to enforce both at once. :)

Sorry for the late response. Here is what I know of. There are probably even more out there :)
Yes, but not for that. He was spamming with trademarked/copyrighted artwork (personal likeness w/o permission).
M00t was a troll, guys.
