This is my understanding:

  • There are no copyrighted elements here. 
  • The car's design may be patented, but there are no patent design details present here.
  • The car's brand dressing may be trademarked, but there are no trademarks or brand identities present here.
  • The author of the photos, videos, and resultant rotoscoping (Vircon32) is the owner of the copyright of these assets. Just as the photographer who takes a picture of the Empire State Building is the copyright owner of the photo, not the architecht who patented the building's design.

Yes. They are each very different. Well, CC-By and GPL are very different, but there is also a reason for version 2 and version 3 to be listed on this asset. 

GPL makes it easy to use this audio in your project if your project already uses GPL content. 

CC-BY makes it easy for you to use it in your project if your project uses anything other than GPL content.
