Just FYI, tags like "sound effect", "sound", etc. are redundant since this is already in the "Sound Effect" category. Redundant tags can actually hinder people finding your submissions. See http://opengameart.org/content/art-tags for some effective tagging tips.
P.S. The "golem" tag confuses me a bit. Golems are typically silent in folklore and certainly wouldn't make zombie sounds. Is the intent to refer to Gollum from Lord of the Rings?
Note that putting things like "free" or "2D" in the tags is redundant; Everything on this site is free, and your art is already in the '2D art' category. There is a separate field for searching by art type. Redundant tags are routinely deleted. See https://opengameart.org/content/art-tags for some effective tagging tips.
Would it make sense to consolidate all the similar tilesets into one submission with multiple tilesets instead of several submissions with one file each? Cohesive sets where all the files are together tend to be noticed more and get more favorites. :)
Note that putting your username in the tags is redundant; tags should describe the art itself, not who created it. There is already a separate field for searching by author/submitter. Redundant tags are routinely deleted. See https://opengameart.org/content/art-tags for some effective tagging tips.
Why not submit all the similarly-themed items (like the Mug of Beer) as one submission? An item collection in one place instead of scattered across several individual submissions?
It doesn't look like the intent was to deny service. just a side-effect of another goal; penetrate the site's security, scrape the data, spam with ads, computational mining, etc.
Regardless, Botanic stopped them, but please do keep a lookout for other strange behavior in case they return.
Looks like that was set to an Admin-only option. Spammers were probably abusing it to get their submissions past review, then reverting it to an ad for counterfeit purses or something.
I never mind helping with this kind of thing, though. :)
What submission did you want to revert and to which date? If you'd rather, you can PM me, too.
However, I'm afraid the stipulations specified in the download's License.txt are in conflict with the CC-BY license you've chosen:
"The items cannot be sublicensed, resold, shared, transferred, or otherwise redistributed on its own (even for free)" Assets licensed CC-BY may be resold, shared, transferred, or redistributed. This is a requirement of the license.
"You can modify the items as you like but for your end product only. You can't sell, share, or distribute the derivative work as an stock item" Users are permitted to modify CC-BY assets for any reason, including for redistribution or 3rd party products. Derivative CC-BY assets may be shared, sold, or distributed.
It's not necessary to put my name or this site link on your game's credit page. But if you do that, I'll be more than happy." That's very generous, :) but CC-BY requires people credit you in some fashion if they use your assets.
I don't know why anyone would buy them from someone else when they can get it here for free, but people are still allowed to sell them. However, CC-BY also requires people to list you in the credits and link to your site or this submission page if you wish. So anyone trying to sell these would have to link their potential customers to a place they could get the same thing for free.Would you be willing to modify or remove the stipulations in the License.txt file? These are your works and how you want them licensed is your prerogative, of course, but I'm afraid we must insist the licenses available here on OGA be consistent with any assets shared on this site. Please let me know if you have any question about this or other licensing options. :) Until then I have to mark this as having a licensing issue. Thank you for understanding.
Not bad. :)

Not a bad set of tilesets. So tiny! :)

Pretty interesting.

Good call. Took a few days to see where the issue was coming from. Botanic tracked down the culprits and cut them off.
Congratulations and well done! :D

No problem. Thanks for sharing! :)
Great buttons!
