I believe the sound of that "instrument" is just the game's "steel keg" Foley sound effect. They pitch-shifted it for musical effect. Try looking for a sound effect of a metal keg being struck.
If you are using your own audio samples, the license of the output should be the same as the input (samples). However, it doesn't look like this takes samples as input. The software itself appears to be LGPL 2.0, so it's possible the output would need to be licensed LGPL as well. I would say "contact the developers" but there is no contact information about this. If you're concerned about licensing, it may be best to stay away from this until you're able to get clarification from the devs.
@Saa_Matt: soliciting permission for each asset is not necessary. All OpenGameArt.org assets can be used in games like your own. analyze this FAQ section to get more information: https://opengameart.org/content/faq#q-how-to-credit
Vector style icons with just 2 or 3 colors are commonly paired with prerendered graphics like these. I guess they still aren't the same style but they also don't clash as much as pixel art does.

The lorc icons may make for good replacement stand-ins: https://game-icons.net/

Cool. So the combustion effects are from a 3dsMax? Including the mushroom cloud?
Not an artist but you made a perfect portrait of a person's head? Wow! :P How was that made?
How did you make the explosion animations?
All caught up.
I think these may get more attention if they were more variations in one submission instead of spread out over several submissions.
