Interesting, I don't know much about the Korg machines except the Wavestation, which is basically just a sampler, and the Volca FM, which is just a DX7 clone and I have a real DX7.
Sadly you can't just try out synths willy-nilly :P I whish you could :D but there's always a huge investment involdved every time, as you know.
(it's pretty bad)
Here is an entry:

You know these kind of themes that play in vertical/horizontal scrolling shooters when you have to "select your pilot"?, those short loops?
I figure we were missing one of those (not really probably, I just can't find one here), so here it is SNES style.
I didn't ask for the rules to be changed or simplified. I just found it hard to figure them out piecemeal from reading 3 pages worth of forum posts.
Oh! That's where you have to go to see the rules, ok, I will read that ^^
Is there anywhere you can see a clear breakdown of the rules?
They seem to have gotten ass complicated, I was hoping I could just make a game, enter it into the jam, and call it a day.

We could always use more puppydogs.
I'm curious as to which synthesizers you actually use, and which ones you can recommend?
There is definitely such a thing as a "paltette of sounds". Like using a specific arrangement of instruments, or a specific sound chip even.
Looking forward to hearing what you think!
