@Hyptosis: those crosses (x shaped) starts from (9, 840) in the tileset
I noticed something strange, there are crosses on one of the wall sections. Is that intentional, or is there a special reason for that?

I made two different modifications (again recoloring), first is with snow with ice and second is with really cold looking water:
@Nushio: Good thinking and now you know that you *have* to create snowy buildings, trees, etc... right? One improvement (maybe), coloring water a little lighter would create and illusion that it is almost freezing.
