Should be in the lines of 4a. There are no rules on how to call it, as far as I know. I'm no native English speaker, so if you have a better word, please suggest it.
I've marked it filled for you to work on this. There is no time constraint, although a weekly update on your progress would be nice (like was done in the previous commissions). If you can give an indication how long it would take for you, then that would also be great.
The fact that interior design is not your strong point, should IMHO not matter that much (but, feel free to use this as a practise). Although you could place the doors in interiors, that is optional and up to you. The main focus should be on the doors themselves.
Creating 3D models is not part of this commission, but it is good that you also have some experience with that (might help you in creating the concept art).
Ok, thanks for keeping me updated.
Looks promising. I guess the 2nd and 3rd are more or less the same, right?

Ok, an update every 2 or 3 days would be fine then. Even if you haven't made any progression in that time.

Good luck.
@wulax, zombie might work better with a green/grey-ish skin.
So much great stuff already... and the month is only starting yet. So much more time for more great stuff.
This is a tarball of the code that I will use as a start (it's going to be heavilly modified though):
http://myckel.freeshell.org/rpg-world-0.93-python3.tar.bz2
The code is basically the one from Ulmo's Adventure: http://www.pygame.org/project-Ulmo%27s+Adventure-2042-.html
I changed the code so that it is Python 3 compatible (read: runs in Python 3). These are the only changes.
Animal (dogs, chickens, kitten, other) sprites
Portraits for conversation dialogs,
IMHO Ubuntu should be fine.
