What if he/she is dead? or if his/her face is on a public domain photo?
Although not a nice thing to do, CC0 allows it. So what you want might be OGA-BY or CC-BY

Right, there is no licensing information. Moreover it looks like they are just aggregating home decoration related stock images.
So can you please use one of the textures on OGA (or any other texture with a verifiable license)
