Consistency with Style:
Shading needs some work (see below). The flower clashes with the LPC set, too. :)
Quality and Skill:
Per above, you seemed to use lines on the character sprites where you should have used block shading.
Quantity:
Above average.
Submission Format:
PNG/XCF.
Judge's Opinion:
Not too bad, although I'd recommend avoiding using lines in your pixel art for shading, and instead getting into the habit of shading in solid blocks, which would give your work a better sense of volume.
