Have you tried reddit's collaborative communities to make games / level design. eg: https://www.reddit.com/r/INAT/ or https://www.reddit.com/r/gameDevClassifieds/ because the task you might be asking is beyond what I can provide. You might find a lot of talented level designers who will be able to create cool levels with these assets available here
