I have a couple of questions I as didn't understand the request
by "could i have the island" you mean you would like a fbx with the various hex blocks set up to look like an island? If that's the intention - it might be easier to set that up in unity as it would be one messed up mesh if I have to export this as a single fbx file.
Not sure I completely understand this request " could you draw some graphics along the lines of the island" Do you want it in 2d? like a PNG image?
1"this is a graphic to be used in a game design document, not in a game"
This was an open game competition where artists were encouraged to draw up concepts from which different team of game developers picked one of the concepts and made a game out of it. So this graphic you see is what inspired the game design
2. It could be used as a static image on an gaming device screen in games, although looking at the description, it doesn't seem to be the intention.
Take a look at this example of game concept art for Bingie's upcoming game - Destiny. This is game concept art, This art presents the gamer a general idea of what the game is about, the environment where it could be set, the types of units without disclosing too much.
With the same intention, this piece is just intended to represent an idea for a game "Can you fight 20 kids?". This mock in game screen shot also shows what happens when the player knocks out an enemy unit, how the enemy units move, the unit the gamer conrtolls, UI elements like health, how much of health remains, and number of enemies to defeat before the round is over.
3. Are all the graphical elements by you? If not, I assume the other authors agreed to sharing this under CC0/PD on OGA? :)
Yes, this game concept art was made by me. This submission is intended for public domain and communities like opengameart
4. This submission would definitely be more useful with a layered, lossless image provided.
Makes sense, I have updated this submission to be a lossless PNG. I will definitely upload the individual assets in the 2d art asset section of this comminity.

The island is a preview sample image only. The pack contains the hex blocks and textures.
