I'm kind of surprised that only one person has responded but somehow it's not surprising. Maybe I should spell it out in a really blunt way so there's absolutely no confusion.
I'm paying to make graphics. I know there are people who visit this site and have made games using LPC graphics. I'm having LPC style graphics made for a game I'm making. If there's something you can benefit from having and it doesn't exist I'm willing to hear your requests. I'm paying for graphics to be made in LPC style and I'm releasing them as CC-BY so anyone in the world can use them.
Is there really only 1 person on this website who uses LPC style graphics? If so, what a pitty. They're so nice and pretty...
I'm a fan of Python too! It's one of the most flexible langauges I've encountered and it's low enough level that you can really drive some performance with it. When I first encountered it 3 years ago I was amazed at how easy it was to learn (trying to ignore that I've been writing software since the dinosaur age).
That makes a lot of sense. I'm wondering if a slightly more suggestive title might get people's attention though. Maybe "Kujasa: The old gods" or something to that effect. It doesn't really tell the player anything except it has something to do with old gods. Or, if you're trying to avoid alluding to the old gods entirely, you could try something like "Kujasa: Tales of Trimak" just for grins.
There's an oversized animation on makrohn's Universal LPC spritesheet but it looks nothing like this mace. Plus, this would probably fit in a 64x64 square decently so it wouldn't need the oversized animation. I think I'm still going to try this tomorrow. Thanks for the heads-up though.
(I'm probably going to do a terrible job like I did with the short sword and ask someone to help fix it for me after I'm done >.< worth a shot.)
These are some pretty awesome 3/4 size animations. I wonder how much work it would be to make these in LPC style? Not all of it of course, just a few of them.
I have no idea how or why a mace animation made it's way into this post but I'm going to try to turn it into an LPC asset (weapon animation sheet) with a bit of elbow greese and determination! Wish me luck!
How much work would it be to turn the assets used to make these characters into individual items that can be applied to the base LPC models? If you still have this work in a PSD somewhere and it's already partly done I might be interested in working something out to have you finish this set as a collection of armor and accessories. I'm also wondering how much work it would be to make Sin-bad into an LPC compatible character sheet so he could be a playable character.
So the answer is a theoretical yes. What I'm hearing is we need some clothing to make the base LPC characters look like witches and warlocks, yes? Probably at least 2 or 3 sets of witch and warlock clothing items are in order.
I'm not going to comment on potential story development here because that might ruin it for some people but I'm definitely pushing for the ruins to be rebuilt and to have some crazy magical stuff happen after that.
I wonder how hard it would be to make this into an LPC-usable asset... specifically the wartotar. Gives me ideas! Message me if you think it's a reasonable idea.

Some of these could be really useful in LPC style (especially the goblin). I'm wondering how much work it would be to remake some of them.
