Ah, I finally found, with the help of other moderators here [EDIT: I took a while to write this post and didn't notice pfunked's post above ;)], the passage in the license you chose that guarantees that your work won't be used to bring shame to your name or something like that.
Would it be o.k. if I removed the ambiguous paragraph
"please do not do anything nasty with this model just clean animations you know?"
and replaced it with
"Please make sure to read the license. Especially take into account Section 4.c. of the license text: <>"
?
If they are procedural gfx generation ones, one solution might be to create a set of example images and upload the script with them.
In any case I additionally want to recommend http://github.com or some other code host for code, which will make it probably easier accessible for other programmers :)
I'm thankful for your contributions, but I would like to ask you to clarify what you mean with "please do not do anything nasty with this model just clean animations you know?"
"just clean animations" might mean that you do not want this model to be used outside of animations (then it can't be used in real-time 3d games) and "nasty" might mean that it may not be destroyed or be used as an evil character.
It would be best if you removed that line I think ;) or clarify it.
PS: the reason why I'm so thorough is that free licenses are a central point on this site and that paragraph can be seen as a wish to use a modified version of the license you chose ;)
Good job (even though I find most glossy icons in existence to be over-glossed ;) ). You wouldn't happen to have a list of all included icons or their authors' names? :)
Not a requirement really, I only think that when stating source and giving full attribution is possible for pd art, then why not. :)
I would like to suggest using the fgd wiki it already contains a resource list for example (although I think it can use an overhaul. it's confusing now.)
yeah, no real license. Here's what I wrote on another discussion about it:
I see major problems with the MF license:
“You can not sell, license, sublicense, rent, transfer or distribute this image exactly as it is without alteration.”, “You may not claim ownership of this image in its original state.”
- So I can move one vertex a little bit and I can claim it my own and sell it then? Or maybe just rename the file? That would as well ‘alter’ it.
Instead, selling and distributing should be allowed *if* attribution is given *and* the terms of use will not be changed as this will prevent ‘exploitation’ through transparency.
Hm, I just took a look at the full license text(morguefile.com/license is just a short abstract, just like all the CC license descriptions). I get the impression that this is no license from morguefile to the user, but a license from any uploader to morguefile. Am I missing something?
May I use these textures in my Open Source (Creative Commons, GPL, etc) project? No. These textures may not be used in Open-Source projects. The licenses are not compatible. Almost all Open-Source licenses allow redistribution of the materials, and redistribution is not allowed for these textures.

I made a preview for ya. Interesting aggressive stuff. What tools did you use?.. and what did you use for inspiration if I may ask? :)
What kind of scripts?

Thanks for the info! I should have checked the files.
The way additional previews are handled here is kind of strange :)

whoops, forgot I created that thread! Solved!

yeah, no real license. Here's what I wrote on another discussion about it:

Having trouble understanding. Google translation of license. |||| Google translation of the FAQ didn't clear things up.
I guess "This material, sold as a collection of material is strictly prohibited acts or equivalent." means that re-selling is illegal, which makes it non-free :|

um...... can't find explicit license info. "Creditware" sounds funny :)
LFA: there's one problem with them though:
