i would recommend watching some pixel art tutorials on youtube. one of the best explained videos I found was from unTied Games link below... just warning... I don't really like the way he talks but he is very smart at this stuff
I'm willing to help however i would like to inform you that i'm currently working on 3 games so time may be a little thin for me. However if all you need is 2d art i can provide some. I've been making pixel art for 6 years now and i like to think i'm pretty good at it. (see my page for examples). i'm not worrying about money especially if you want a partner and not an employee. if you are interested P.M me. I'm interested to see what you have in mind

something that incorporates things from many era's in human history. weather it be styles, objects or things that we haven't invented yet.

I have learned to make higher quality models however I still don't have the time to make these models in the timeframe I'm trying to follow.
please think about this project. It's something I have been working on for a long time and I would love it if you would lend a helping hand.
