thanks for your feedback, yeah I'm inclined to agree with you because the SAD mechanics are more simple and self explanatory, easier to understand, the hard thing is just doing the level design, that's always my big gripe with platformers and that sort of games. The original was also made in 8 months whereas stuff for the jam has to be made within 1....
You are definitely right about the patience thing... that is very important...
I'm considering preparing something for the summer jam, but maybe I will get less stressed if I don't have to abide by the 1 month time restriction for coding. But also maybe just picking a project simple enough to fit within that month would be the best way to go. The mutant badger game was made in only the final half of the month, all things considered.
I had an idea for a variation on the plot where the prince and princess would either be turned into peasants, or simply be disguised as them, so that the mercenary wouldn't be able to reckognize them as royals.
as long as you have a good idea for it...
Thanks, I'm not sure he looks better than the original though :o
This morning I also had an idea for a game about a child who can transform into huge insectoid monsters. So the government wants to capture them.
Thank you, I think I prefer type3.png, which is the newest
Thank you ^^
Have a nice meal and sleep,

True enough! I also love its visual style ! But I'm sure there's room for another egyptian themed game as well.
What about the Haydenwoffle 2/Spring's Adventure Doggo 2 question, it's ok if you don't have anything to say about it too though...
