I'm not sure how GPL works, but I'm pretty sure you can't use those songs in commercial games. With cc3 and 4 I think you can slice songs as you wish as long as you still credit the original composer, cc-sa however does not allow this, I think. As far as I know - don't count on me as your source for this, read the licences yourself
I've noticed that sometimes when you search for something, the first 2-3 assets found by the search end up repeating several times across the page. The repeats make it harder to find what you need. I can't make it do so now, though, (I just tried it), maybe it's an old bug that has been fixed.
I have to agree with storm, there are many great assets here already, and they're probably a better bet right now than trying to find someone, the problem is the semi-broken search system which makes it near impossible to find anything...
