Fact is, I am a Canadian so if it is a U.S. only thing then I am guessing it would not apply. I would argue that the works are reasonably transformative, at the very least my one handed variants, but if I do not in fact have the right to re-license the work they are based on that is a moot point. A shame, because I like how the black pistols came out a lot.
