I told him that he could post it under any license he wanted and you comment was a friendly reminder for the benefit of everyone. He decided to leave anyway which he is also free to do even if it is overreacting.

He posted game backgrounds with a similar style on the same day and one of them is egypt themed. Probably he put ;) at the end because of the coincidence
It is highly unlikely he is the author of these textures. He is acting suspicious.
I reported all his posts as well as his account.(unflagged all)Sorry. I guess no one expected this amount of quality content uploaded under CC0 without a single word from the uploader/author.

I think you shouldn't post anything that might incite a religious debate.
e.g. Submitting a cross might be allowed but submitting an upside down cross may not be.

I think you got it wrong. There is no rule violation. There is no copying. There is nothing to report.

B) Author posted it here under CC-BY because there was no CC-NC-BY option.
It is better to ask the author (via soundcloud if you can) if you are going to use it in a commercial project
It is a little odd that he named himself silently without replying to any of the comments.
