Re: Surge, of OpenSurge, for Ultimate Smash Friends!

The 'arms back' running seems very weird.

You beat me on the crossover sprite - was gonna make Dark for USF but I couldn't get USF working and she'd end up looking raucous anyway.

I don't know, it looks more like a technobard trying to start a MIDI file than a programmer....

Female noises. And by noises I mean coughing, ouching, ahhing, oohing, screaming, jumping, bumping, etc.

also guns, but not of the 'loud snap' kind. so processed guns. mouth into good microphones make better gun noises than guns do.

You should do something about the waist. This one seems a bit... fat, regarding the figural shape and silhouette of the mid torso.

OH NO I CALLED IT FAT!!! IM SO GOING TO GET IT

It's still blobby. I would recommend doing a new mesh using the retopo feature for a low poly version instead.

It's dark! Here are your bonus points!

After getting burned for the last time I brought up the issue of non-Free stuff lurking about, I don't even acknowledge Xonotic's existence (especially when you consider the whole motivation of the fork it's even more hypocritical). Whatever; ignorance is bliss. I'm done being a vigilante.

This'd make an interesting Liero level

Re: Games for us to rip

you'll find them in sources/assets. I am also aware of how terribly unorganised the SVN is.

p.s. i'd like to see angelyss launched into space too. bonus points if it's angelyss/dark because that's the best character player model ever made under the GPLv2 license period
Nexuiz/Xonotic (FPS) - everything is GPL
Not quite. *cough**cough**cough**cough*Sound General derivative sound effects*cough*. only the screenshots in this coughing have been taken care of, but only after years since it was reported

also, UFO:AI is another game to avoid ripping for the time being. Considering its history of inheriting modified q3 assets from Afterwards (and further made worse with nicked Deus Ex assets and Halo guns later on) it's a red flag all around even worse with the impression of trolling for spotting non-Free stuff.

man, i'm tired of auditing games when i play them, but I only get this offensive shock when I play a game that proclaims that it's 100% Free Software with such crap getting past the radar. Or even 67% Free Software like Sauerbraten, one contributor pulled lots of sounds from Quake4 and submitted them claiming from scratch lol, even denying it all. it's been since pulled because aardappel had the same fishy instinct about it
