This werebear is based on a model I made for a Glest mod last year, revisited.  It has procedural materials and is UV mapped so baking an image texture is a snap.  Since it comes from a Glest mod, it should work fine in any modern RTS, and it is also set up for rendering to FLARE.  The rendered sprite sheets can be found at http://opengameart.org/content/werebear-flare-sprite-sheets

Animations include stand, walk, attack, die, and roar.  There is also an alternate whiteish material that can be swapped out for the regular brown.

I think with a little modification you can make it looks like a rock golem, it already looks much like that to me (in the preview, didnt open the model)
