Consistency with Style: 
Pretty good, with some shading issues on the map tiles.
Quality and Skill: 
Variable. The cars are excellent. The sprites are good. The map tiles feel kind of flat.
Quantity: 
Tons. :)
Submission Format: 
PNG with examples.
Judge's Opinion: 
This is a very big and useful set. The map tiles feel slightly flat to me, but overall this entry is excellent. Nice work! :)
