Identica is a free software equivalent of Twitter. It has lots of cool features like groups, better discussion tracking, built in transports and attachments. You could easily just create an Identica account for OpenGameArt, and link it to your twitter account, and all your tweets (or 'dents as identica users would call them) would pop up on Identica too, which is populated with a much higher concentration of devs and "open" lovers. There are also groups such as !fossgaming who would love to get updates on OGA. So, what do you guys think?

It would be great to be able to get a link that one can send to friends and when they open the link, they see ones favourites.

We're looking for people who can make original graphics for Open Sonic, an open source game based on the "Sonic" universe. Unfortunately, currently it uses "ripped" graphics, but we'll replace this art by original content (similar to what Secret Maryo Chronicles did in the past).

just wanted to mention that admin forums threads are visible in twitter (didn't write it in the topic, as it is visible in twitter).

I guess it is only some experimentation atm (as it is the 2nd twitter post about forums in general), but probably best to disable it.

Also it might be better to have different names for forum posts and art posts on twitter as both are called "new post atm
