For anyone that wants to use these, they are under the same license as the originals (CC0). I scaled them down, reduced number of colors, & added outline.

The downscales? Done in GIMP. Downscaled to 32x32, reduced colors, & added black borders. I guess you can say it's done by hand, but not that much work.

Thank you, I got my answer. I meant if you re-drew them from scratch. Was curious because I'm new to graphic design and don't know all the methods.

Thanks so much for these. It's so hard to find good public domain shield icons. I'm using them in the AnyRPG Engine.
