If you're like me and you sort your collections, you often get frustrated when you add a bunch of new stuff only to have to wonder what is sorted and what isn't.
This is a meta-level token meant to be insert at the end of collections to show that it's unsorted. I am assuming - although I don't know - that entries inserted into a collection go immediately to the end. So if this token was placed then any new entries would be after it, noting them as unsorted.
The font is the Hack font.
