[LPC Expanded] Hair
This is sort of an extension of my prior update:

In reality, though, its more of an update to bluecarrot16’s old Hair update:

I went ahead and took the builds bluecarrot16 had and rebuilt ALL of these hairstyles into my “ULPC Expanded” layout, and then further finished the rest of the hairstyles available on the ULPC as well!
This is mostly a bunch of static hairstyles added to the following frames:
Climb, Idle, Jump, Sit, Emote, Run, Combat Idle, LPC Revised Slash, Backslash, Halfslash
However, I did rebuild these from scratch and removed male/female differences. Some of the existing hairstyles I also added split foreground and background layers to as well.
Naturally, the whole release is CC-BY-SA 3.0. However, many assets are available in other licenses. Please see the credits file.
There’s too many hairstyles to outline here, so I will only detail information on ones I made notable updates to:

Hairstyles with added animations:

Wavy
-
Wavy was already mostly animated. I cleaned up the existing frames, added new animations to Jump and Run, and added a background layer to some frames.

Single

Single has a “single” stray bang in the front that’s animated on a few frames. I cleaned up the existing frames and added animations to jump and run. In addition, I split the single stray back in the north-facing layer into a bg layer.

Page

Eliza cleaned up Page and added animations, but I thought the original looked distinct enough that when I imported Eliza’s Page over, I just made it “Page 2” instead. In this case, I adapted Eliza’s animations to Page 1 by repaletting the animations to fit the original Page design.

I did some MINOR cleanups to Page 2 that differ from my older version.

On the following hairstyles, I split off a section of the hairstyle into a bg layer:

I have not included hairstyles I already released in prior updates unless changes were made here. For bluecarrot16’s LPC Hair update, I only included ones I rebuilt now and made minor changes to.
Some of these already were updated in a prior release when I created sheets for these merged with ElizaWy’s animated hairstyles, which can be found here:

* NOTICE:
Base sprites used in preview image are part of the LPC set and were not made by me. There are many palette variations for all parts including body (skintone) and hair color, but I did not include them in my preview because I'm too lazy to do so.

I wanted this to go out sooner but I got sick with a pretty bad cold early this week.
Anyway, I wanted something "easier" after a month-long break so I used lpctools to drop hair across all frames. I was working on an actual game project for about 6 weeks and I was pretty dedicated to that, so I didn't get time for sprites. I'm planning to vary my stuff a bit more so I'll be jumping back and forth, and because its getting into summer I've also got to start doing things outside like, IDK, working on home repairs...
Regardless, point being, things will be a bit slower, but I do want to finish a few of the projects I started:
LPC Revised Male Shirts (PROBABLY next)
Skirts
Capes (I also want to make a new larger cape variant)
Armor
Kimono
At the very least these things above are what I want to get finished up. We'll see what happens beyond that.
I think the main things left are clothes now anyway, which is why everything is so slow atm... Clothes are not easy to do. I'll probably focus primarily on OGA-BY assets unless someone is interested in commissioning me. :P
Grab / Lift / Carry will depend on if I can reach out to Evert about licensing. I do want to implement those eventually.
