An idea for simple fantasy class icons based on equipment used.  This is the set of options for OSARE builds.  I don't love how they came out, but maybe the idea is useful to someone.

Combinations of sword, shield, bow, staff.

The program would be Blender.  http://www.blender.org/

I kinda guessed it, but the icons looks 2D to me, so I found that strange. I guess I'll have to install blender and learn some bit of it... or not ;-) (will do more useful things first)

Thanks for the greetings !

I'm pretty sure when I made these I was cursing Inkscape (on OSX, which had crappy X support at the time). So I said screw it, I'll just use Blender.

Anyway, they're "vector" in Blender, but I don't know of any Blender export tool that will project the 3D mesh into a 2D vector and output as .svg or whatnot.

I could pop out a Blender render that is large enough so that someone can retrace it in Inkscape?
