These bushes were made using the sapling tool of blender using the attached configuration.
The floor is grass as in http://opengameart.org/content/grassland-tileset
The leaves have a recolored version of http://opengameart.org/content/dry-leaves-tiling-texture
The trunks are using http://opengameart.org/content/seamless-tiling-tree-bark-texture
