Looks okay, but kind of hard to tell (see Submission Format)

Submission Format:
The bright background tiles and the lack of an example image make it very difficult to tell what these tiles actually look like in use. Also, it would have been nice to separate the files rather than having a single 90 meg download.
Judge's Opinion:
I'd be able to give this a higher score if not for the major issues with formatting.
