Editable GIFs provides templates for each GIF creation. Templates are specialized by occasion, such as birthday GIFs, "good morning" gifs, Halloween GIFs etc. I make all the templates and in doing so often create little images that are good for games too. I'll continue to post more images as I create them. Hopefully more frequently in the future.
