The website link is for my journal, for discussing my development of an open-source clone of the RPG Maker programs, both an editor and a game engine. The "Your Project" isn't an official title, more of a general description of the overall project. My intention for coming to the OpenGameArt site is for finding some sample artwork (tilesets and such) that can be used in the development of my editor and engine combination
